Solution

we know that , $$9C=5(F-32)$$
Where C is temperature in Celsius and F is in Fahrenheit
Let the common be T , since both temperature in both scale are same
So $$9T=5(T-32)$$
$$4T=-5\times 32$$
$$T=-40$$
At $$-40^o$$, both scale will be same.
